| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta) * Note: * Some older Visa Debit cards may carry the "Delta" logo on the card. They can also be identified by the word "Debit" printed on the front of the card. Payment is collected by NOCHEX. When paying by credit or debit card KnickersRus will not appear on your statement it will be detailed as NOCHEX. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. Our standard method of delivery is Royal Mail first class post (allow 3 to 7 days), cost £1.66 + VAT (£1.95) to UK destinations and £2.98 + VAT (£3.50) to EU destinations . | Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible (subject to stock availability), however please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of in stock items. You will be notified of any items on backorder and expected delivery delay. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Back orders will be despatched as soon as we recive stock in our warehouse. |
