Does your Bra cause you discomfort?

A. Do your shoulder straps make you sore? - It could be, that dependant on your breast size, you are wearing your straps too tight, or they are too thin to support you. Try loosening them or opt for one with wider more padded straps.

B. Do you bulge out of the cups? - This may show that you have chosen the wrong cupsize. If bulging out the sides, try a size bigger ie 32 try a 34, failing that try one that covers more of your breast ie full cup rather than balcony style.

C. Do your breast droop more than you'd like? - This may indicate that the straps are much too loose, or that the bra you have chosen does not give you enough support. Try tightening the straps or try a bra which has more support underneath.

D. Does your bra ride up? - This maybe that the band size is too big or straps too tight. Try either tightening the band by one hook and loosening the straps or try a smaller size.

E. Does your bra dig in? - The bra you choose must be comfortable to wear all day. It should fit well but not be restrictive. Try loosening the hooks by one or opt for bigger band size.
